The Origin
The FP1 didn't start with a sketch. It started with years of frustration on the water. Chest packs that were either too much or not enough, gear that fought against the way anglers actually move, and a market full of products that looked like they were designed to be profitable not functional.
Outdoor products are routinely designed using "feature checklists," rather than engineered for a specific, highly intentional workflow on the river. "Products built to check boxes on a spec sheet, not to serve a streamlined kit on the water."
